order and payment processed twice, app said payment did not come through on first attempt..

The portions compare to last year seems to be reduced but the taste seems same and good. However, the food arrived cold and apparently our courier tossed the packages couple times and one of the plates were partially open and the sauce dropped outside

Half cooked, cold, raw, this was do disappointing i don’t even dare to feed it to my cat. I have ordered many times from Chidoz, always very good. This time was disgusting, i literally hope i don’t get food poisoning. This was not ok!
